To be fair, here's Korian and teenage Kuroba's stats
Korian - 178 cm/ 66kg (5’10/ 145lbs)
Kuroba – 173 cm/ 59kg (5’8/ 130lbs)
Everyone is a healthy BMI. Of course, everyone except Emi is an alien. I wanted to keep it realistic and I based my numbers for the Saiyans off Goku and Vegeta's official stats. They're both a normal weight for their height but it's on the lower end of the scale. Most of it is all muscle mass anyway.

Yeah, they burn up most of their fat stores every time they battle, so it makes sense they wouldn't be carrying much weight above their muscle mass.
Basing it off Goku and Vegeta's stats which says they're 5'9 / 137 and 5'5 / 123 lbs respectively. I know it's not very normal because I'm 5'10 and 160-ish. I'm pretty average.
No way Vegeta is on 123 pounds, seriously? He'd be tiny! He looks like he is around 150-160lbs and Goku is 190lbs.
I guess this is anime though and Japanese people are smaller than us western whales

Pretty much! I used to watch a couple that movie to Japan from Canada and the wife was 5'8/9 I think and wore a size 10. She was tall and very proportioned though, did not look fat at all but over there she had trouble finding clothes. So did her husband who was over 6' and 200 pounds.
