Loads of videos are out there about what is going on but here are three:

This is insane what is going on. I don't know much of anything at all about stocks but FINALLY, the US is actually coming together and agreeing on something left, right, center, anti-trumper, trump-sucker... Everyone is getting on board here and it is beautiful. This is waking up a lot of people to the real truth that it has been them vs us for a long time now, the 1% vs the 99%. This could be the biggest protest in my life thus far that can change so much. It is mindblowing. I am going to be following this. The more they try to stop and silence people, the bigger and louder this becomes. This is payback for the 2008 recession that ruined millions of lives and I think it is about damn time things come full circle. I hope this brings positive change in this country.

Yeah, it's insane the way this story is going. How dare people try and get their own back for once, don't they know they're only good for being stepped on and giving the "professionals" their money? Silly peasants...

This is waking up a lot of people and for once, it has to do with something very important and very serious. People who hate capitalism hate it because of these fat cats doing this crap. They don't understand that they manipulate the free market to favor themselves and hurt all of us but they are noticing now and it is great.

Oh absolutely, the whole system is designed to keep the rich getting richer, impacting stocks for their own shits and giggles and causing all sorts of economic problems at the drop of a hat. Give that power to the people and suddenly we're shaking in our little boots...it's rather pathetic, and something that desperately needs to change. Start a proper free market stock exchange, for the people to operate...not that it'd work without company buy in, but...dare to dream.

Wall Street is projected to lose $70 billion over this stuff.

Serves them right. They were part of the collapse in 2008 and now they get a taste of their own medicine. They will still be well off and rich but yet they are crying they are going broke.

Now you getting it. And to think, only one politician had the nerve to call this out and wanted to fix it.

Even considering how shitty the 2020s have been, I feel like more and more things have happened in this decade thus far that have united the people against the establishment, and I believe this may actually be the catalyst that finally changes everything now.

Now, this is a bit ridiculous. I think people need to tank Google stock. lol

Really though, this shows where Google and many other interests lie in these big corporations. Do you think they care about diversity? Blacks? Gay groups? Trans people? No... They don't give a rat's ass about any of that. It has always been about money and it will always be about money. Social politics was used as a distraction tool by the ultra-wealthy to keep ups dumbed down and broke.

On a related note, my father's first cousin husband, or my uncle in-law for convenience's sake, works for GameStop. I wonder what they'll do with their stock.

They (the fat cats) are trying to tank it because it wasn't meant to grow. It is a failing company. It isn't going to be good for GameStop either way.

I love this because they are doing it to show how fucked American Capitalism is and show how dangerous "playing Wall Street" can be as well as showing that it is alright for the rich do it, but lord forbid someone else does. Also, remember any money made in/on Wall Street is tax free.

Capitalism in and of itself is a good thing but when it is manipulated like how it is in this example, it shows that corrupt people will use corrupt means to better themselves and their lives at the expense of others. We may as well consider this corrupt money laundering at this point.

And for reference, any politician/government official who is using this as a platform to further push political divide or social issues (PC crap), know they can't be trusted. They are nothing but career politicians and want their millions too.

Capitalism with a anchor is a better thing, but ran free with no anchor is awful because as you said it is manipulated with ease. It is the reason why JFK wanted stricter laws and everything against it, but we know what happened to him. It is corrupt money laundering just like how "lobbying" is pretty much bribery.
