I also just realized that the new big three are My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and Jujutsu Kaisen. Black Clover doesn't sell anywhere close enough to compare to these three. In fact, its sales are really struggling.

I get what you mean but I feel like a new big three would still have to include One Piece. Don't know if I'd remove MHA because it's sales aren't as good as the other two (it's sold roughly the same amount as JJK overall, but JJK hasn't been around for as long as MHA so I give it the nod) or if I'd remove Demon Slayer because it's finished (though it's still currently the best selling manga, at least last reported).
Though at this point, the old big three are all still around. One Piece never ended, Naruto is continuing on through Boruto with Kishimoto even writing the series now, and even Bleach is seemingly coming back with an all new story arc based off that recent one shot. That's kinda crazy to me, but I guess since Dragon Ball & Rurouni Kenshin both came back from being finished early I should be use to this.
