Who is the most OVERRATED Dragon Ball character (Besides Goku and Vegeta)?

Who do you think is the most character of the series BESIDES Goku and Vegeta. And remember, they have to be well-regarded characters, so no responses like Chi-Chi, Pan from GT or Yamcha.

Anyways, my answer is easily Future Gohan since he is NOTHING like the real Gohan and represents more what fans WANT Gohan's character to be instead of what he ACTUALLY IS.

Seriously though, I'd say East Kaioshin (Supreme Kai for the Eastern quadrant of the universe) was very overrated. They made him out to be this super powerful being and he was surprised by weakened SSJ2 Gohan. I'm not even sure he could put a flame to SSJ, to be honest.

I know I'm going to catch a lot of flak for this, but Future Trunks. Not to say I dislike him, but I feel he's WAY overrated by his fan base compared to his actual abilities.

I was never a mega fan, so don't really care, but he did show tremendous progress with his USSJ forms and then Saiyan Rage in DBS. I thought those were pretty cool. Still, would have been nice to see him reach heights like Goku and Vegeta.

This is not because I didn't like the character. He was great... He just basically became evil Goku at the end of the saga. Making stupid and selfish choices for the sake of fighting. Cell put the stick in his own bike wheel and blamed everyone but himself.

It's those darn Saiyan cells...he was definitely strong enough to destroy everyone and the entire planet had he just tried right from the start.

It all comes down to Goku. The dude is addicted to fighting and making situations worse for himself and everyone around him. If Cell didn't have his DNA, he probably would have killed everyone.

Vegeta was the same way, so don't go pinning this all on Goku. Don't forget Vegeta fought Trunks so that Cell could achieve his perfect form and he could fight him at his most powerful.
