Yoshi's Weight Loss Thread

I lost another 5 pounds since last month. I wonder why it took me so long this time.
 
Yep, you've just got to hit your body with something new, like the extra walking or something like a punching bag (sounds ridiculous, but it's a fantastic way to work off stress and lose weight). You're still doing great, keep it up :)

I'm the same weight as I was last year, so I decided I would do something about it.
 
I'm currenlty 103.4kg/228lb down from 105/231lb. I've got a doctor's appointment on the 24th, so hoping to be as close to 100 (or less) as possible.

So far I've added the Switch game Ring Fit to start my morning, and I'm trying to do 5-10 minute sessions every now and then with work. Walking 30 minutes daily is also a good start.

Whatever small changes you can make is a good start.
