I made it to dinner. The food tasted a lot better because I was so hungry lol
I went to his funeral with my father today. My brother couldn't get off work, and my mother didn't feel like going since my brother couldn't go and he was my father's paternal uncle. My paternal Aunt and my paternal Grandmother couldn't go either, but I'm glad I got to visit with distant relatives today.
It's a shame not everyone could go, but at least you got to visit with some family and spend time with them. Hopefully that was helpful in the healing process

That's understandable, the grieving process is different for everyone, but a lot of times it takes a bit for it to sink in that someone has gone. I've been there, I know the pain of loss, and it just takes time, not necessarily to "get over it" (I hate that phrase, you don't get over losing someone), but to accept it and to live with it. If you ever need to talk, there's one area I know well and that's grieving. I'm (and sure we're all

I ate decently healthy today. Had fruit for breakfast, a baked potato for lunch, beef and broccoli for dinner, then some frozen yogurt and sea salt popcorn for a snack. I will likely keep this pattern until the weekend where I piss it all away with Starbucks and a McD's breakfast sandwich. lol
That's good. I've been fasting and eating in small amounts lately.
