You'll find another job though. Plenty of places are hiring. If you want to find a relationship, take up a hobby outside of work and meet some gals that way.

That's the right way to go about it, definitely. Didn't burn any bridges on the way out, left on good terms, so you should get a good recommendation from them for your next job
