I don't necessarily think it's good that google is choosing Members, Donate, and Help as top links over actual forums. Probably need to the do a little SEO work here. I usually add things like that to the robots.txt disallow.

Google picks what they want. I know that you can choose what you don't want them to display though.

I leave this stuff up to Jay, he handles all the SEO stuff.
 
I think we might be getting active enough to where we need more Staff Members soon.

Not even close. There is nothing to moderate or do. The only thing that pops up maybe a few times a week is flagged accounts that need to be marked as spam.
