Correct because keeping your values and traditions so you can pass them along keeps people remembering the past and then you can't change history in some Orwellian fashion because no one remembers yesteryear.
I am tempted to get some history books before the witches start burning them next. I have never been a big history buff but it pays to know how we got to where we are. If anything, this election and the past election taught me to cherish knowledge and history more.

But in all seriousness, the shift is interesting. Thinking back, you can see it happening in TV programming. The irony of that name. lol The push for it seems to have started in the late 60's as a response to what appeared to be a coast into "good times". I feel like the peak of America (most free) happened from the late 60's to the early 90's and since Bill, they really started gunning for this socialist bs.
Hopefully, this means come January, all these vocal cry babies can go back to ignoring politics again. And then good news is, we don't have to hear about orange man bad every 5 minutes because the media couldn't get out of the man's pants. So long as he just goes back to business and doesn't continue to be in the public eye, we shouldn't hear about him much after this year is over.

I do like it that you were looking at Biden winning on a brighter side. These socialists/communists (note, I did not call them liberals) won't shut up unless they get their way.
Biden is a puppet and the poor man is suffering from what my grandparents suffered from. I am not going to get angry about him winning. I don't think he is a bad person, he is just used by corrupt people. He is harmless. Harris is the one that worries me but the sensate will keep her in check. I am honestly just relieved because the political tension the media pumped into people will go down a lot with Trump out of office. The one thing I hope that came from all this is that the people are questioning things more and trusting MSM less.
Something that I really wish would happen is that Facebook and Twitter get shut down. A lot of issues we have had over the last 10 years come down to social media control and people who shouldn't have a platform being given one. I am all for freedom of speech but social media sites are used to weaponize people against each other and I am sick of the shit.
Oh yeah, social media is the devil. It can get you into so much drama and toxicity if you let it. It also made so many people get more into identity politics. I don't think that will happen though because they are far too commonly used.

They will do things to make it seem like Biden is doing a better job regardless of whether or not he is. I think the riots and looting will carry on though. Those people already said they don't care if Biden wins or not, they won't stop.
